In the midst of the nation having its racial reckoning, we worked with Cadillac to develop a platform that would house all of its initiatives to support the Black community. While it led with a strategy targeting Black consumers, the success of the Audacity platform sparked an evolution that now serves all of Cadillac’s Equity and Justice initiatives and supports all underrepresented identities, including Women and LGBTQ+.
